12:15-1:45pm  Picnic Buffet Open! (Parish Center)

12:15pm        Bounce House, fun booths and crafts open

12:55pm          Raffle Drawing

1:30pm            Lawn Games with Fr. Nathe!

1:30pm            BINGO starts in Parish Center north breezeway

3:00pm            Picnic concludes

Our Parish Picnic is Sunday, August 24th from 12pm-3pm - we can’t wait to see you there!

The Annual Parish Picnic returns on August 24th from 12pm-3pm on the Holy Redeemer Parish grounds.  This year we are also celebrating the 25th Anniversary of our parish! Bring the whole family and enjoy a signature BBQ presented by the Knights of Columbus and potluck by parishioners. Back again this year are popcorn and frosty treats. Activities for kids include with a bounce house, face painting, crafts and games on the south lawn with Fr. Nathe. Adults will enjoy a free raffle for amazing prizes donated by local businesses and parishioners, BINGO and of course, fellowship.

The entire event is free to all, thanks to the generosity and donations from the Knights of Columbus, every family bringing a potluck dish, our volunteers and those who have donated prizes for this year’s picnic.

We are accepting donations for raffle and BINGO prizes for this year’s event. Bring items to the Parish Office Mon-Fri between 9am-4pm or contact Judy McMorine at judym@holyredeemervanc.org.

In July we will open sign-ups for volunteers and potluck. (Please keep an eye on the bulletin and weekly emails we send you for notifications.)
