Fraternus Brotherhood
When and Where We Meet
We meet on Wednesday Nights, 6pm-8:15pm, at the Holy Redeemer Parish Center. We end with prayer in the church from 8-8:15pm.
Fraternus Begins on September 17th!
All men in 6th grade through adulthood
are welcome to join us for evenings of
Brotherhood, Virtue, and Mentorship
Fraternus helps Catholic fathers lead in their homes and communities and inspire sons to grow into men of virtue, strength, and service—through a unique framework of prayer, mentoring, and formation. Click here to learn more about the mission of Fraternus. All men are welcome! You don’t have to have a son to participate!
What happens on a Fraternus Night?
We start with dinner at 6pm. This leads into rec time. After rec, there is a talk called the King’s Message, and then we divide up in our age-specific small groups. Adult men who aren’t volunteering are encouraged to join the adult small group. After discussion, we go to the church for Night Prayer (Compline). All Fraternus men who are registered receive a book with reflections and challenges.
What else happens during the year?
We go on a retreat and adventures! We also have initiation and advancement ceremonies to welcome new members and to mark our progress at the end of the year.
