Middle Years Youth Programming

Middle School Intensive             Telos Simera Sundays

Exciting New Developments!

We know that youth are leaving the Church at an average age of 10 years old!  Many times this is due to a lack of understanding about what the Church actually teaches.  Youth stop attending Religious Education, but think they understand, or just google it (bad idea).  We have implemented a youth ministry model as young as 4th grade to try to combat this hemorage of our youth.

Be a part of the solution!  Keep sending your children to formation each year AND sign up to be a mentor!  We need a lot more mentors to work with youth to make the vision of missionary disciples a reality.  WE NEED YOU!  Contact Jamie for more information.

Parking/Drop Off/Pick Up

We CAN NOT drop off, pick up, or park in front of the annex.  We have an agreement with the neighborhood that ensures them we will us the Church parking lot for these types of activities.  Please honor our agreement and park in the Church parking lot and walk over for al events that occur in the annex.  I know that it seems like a quick stop, but take that times 50 kids and we are talking traffic jam.  All 4th and 5th graders need to be signed out by parents, 6th-8th grade can sign themselves out and walk over to the parish center or church by themselves.

Modesty Policy

All youth and volunteers are expected to be dressed according to our modesty policy during all events associated with the faith formation office.  Please help us by making sure your children are dressed appropriately before leaving the house.
